About Us

Owner

Juana received her Real Estate license in 2000 and had a great mentor. The valuable knowledge gained, and the concept of the business inspired Juana’s desire to serve her heritage and her community. So much so that Juana had a dream, a dream of how to better serve the residence of Kern County and her heritage. In the dream was the company logo and the very building our office is currently in. With a dedicated mindset, lots of hard work and motivation, Executive Property Management was born. Juana enjoys serving her community and helping investors and tenants alike.

Realtor, Inspection Specialist

Joined the Executive family September of 2023. Currently I am heading all inspections of our rental units, assisting with leases, notices, and move outs. I can also be found assisting the girls in the office with anything they may need.

Lead Assistant (Habla Espanol)

Joined the Executive team in 2003, and, returned in 2012 after a few short breaks. I assist with many different tasks. Currently I Oversee the business operations, screen calls, and respond to inquiries.

Owner Concierge- (Habla Espanol)

Joined the Executive team in 2004, I assist with owners and their property needs as well as some move-out accounting. I really enjoy working with my owners “one on one” with anything I'm able to help with.

Marketing Specialist

Joined the Executive team in 2021. I’m enjoying the challenges and opportunities to grow further as a professional. I manage our website, all marketing photos and the information within the site. I can also be found assisting the rest of the team where needed.

Clerical / Maintenance (Habla Espanol)

Joined the Executive team in 2013, I assist with maintenance, rental inquiries, and tenant communications. If I can’t help them, I’m happy to find someone that can.

Receptionist / Maintenance 

Joined the Executive team in April 2023, I greet clients, answer calls, assist with maintenance request, and prospective tenants with vacancy questions.
